Mr. Shaukat Hassan has achieved a Master's Degree, majoring in Economics from the renowned Punjab University Lahore. He is the Chairman of Board of Directors of Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited and also the Director of MAS Group of Companies. He has played a vital role since the inception of the business in 1976, and has proven his expertise in financial, human resources, employee training and talent retention operations. Moreover, Mr. Hassan is earnestly engaged in CSR activities that facilitates financially the underprivileged sector of the community. He's an active member of the joint business collaborations with multi-national organizations, also of various profit & non-profit based organization including LCCI, EDAS. At present, he is serving his countless efforts and contributions as the President of Lahore Alliance Francaise (AFL) and Director of Pakistan France Business Alliance (PFBA) in Pakistan. He is a living role model for many leading entrepreneurs in this era, a true man of excellence.
Mr. Tahir Azam holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Punjab University Lahore and is working as a Non-Executive director for Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited. He has over 4 decade of experience in research, management and consultancy of setting up successful businesses. Mr. Tahir has also led various US AID funded entrepreneurship programs and training programs across Pakistan. He is one of the founding member of the Company who led the sales and marketing of HTL during the first 10 years of business. Establishing distribution networks and creating sale teams was his milestone achievements on which HTL stands today. Being an entrepreneur and Managing Director of associated business companies, Mr. Tahir Azam has inculcated his excellent standard for sales department into producing exceptional results. He has proved with his entrepreneurial abilities that business opportunities are not given rather they are created.
Mr. Justice (Rtd.) Syed Jamshed Ali Shah holds B.A. and L.L.B degree. He began his practice in 1964 and continued till 1968. He joined the service as PCS (Executive Branch) in February, 1969 and resigned on Sept 10, 1979. He continued practicing law from 1979 to 1998. He was then elevated as judge of the Lahore High Court on May 21, 1998. And later was appointed as judge of the Supreme Court on Sept 14, 2005. His appointment as a Trustee of Sabra Hamida Trust reflects his commitment in fostering cooperation to take SHT an eminent position in the society. His wide vision coupled with passion driven approach towards humanitarian affairs and extensive knowledge in understanding the strategic implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility will drive SHT to new directions.
Mr. Zalmai Azam Durrani holds a Bachelor in Arts from Government College, Lahore and is working as a Director for Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited. He is an experienced banker by profession who began his career with Standard Bank Ltd back in 1971. His incredible knowledge and exposure to business covers a period over 4 decades, while being associated with highly credible institutions locally as well as internationally. With his skills and commitment, he was successful in working with various projects with different banks internationally, a few to be mentioned include his role as Country Manager in "Sierra Leaon" West Africa and in Kenya as Bank Manager from 1985-86. Mr. Zalmai known for his effective planning coupled with excellent people’s management skills, has significantly contributed in inventory planning and control processes for HTL.
Mr. Hassan Tahir has done his MBA in Banking / Finance from Lahore School of Economics (LSE). He is the CEO of Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited. He has been in this professional field since 2001, and believes that a satisfied customer not only brings in more business but also increases a company's goodwill. His drive to achieve perfection and his unprecedented determination led him to set up IT operations with back office processing (BOP) and IT infrastructure for major clients in UK / Europe. It was his perseverance that helped the Company in launching mid-tier lubricant range in Pakistani Market in partnership with world’s two major oil companies. He was also successful in launching another semi-synthetic range in Pakistan. Rewarding achievements and motivating employees, that is how he turned HTL into a strong family.
Ms. Sana Sabir holds a Degree in Bachelor of Arts from the Punjab University and is working as an Executive Director of Hi-Tech Blending (PVT) Limited. Earlier, she joined KLC School of Design in Chelsea Harbour, London to enhance her skills in the area of Interior Designing.

Owing to her passion driven approach for giving back to the community, she became the Board Member of "The Giving Tree Foundation". A Charity Group which is currently working on providing facilitation to Cancer patients in Lahore by organizing motivational programs blended with awareness sessions for the uplift of the ill-fate patients and their families. Since her joining to the Foundation, she has played a substantial role not only in the formation but also in expanding the structure of the Group for sustainable growth. Since the inauguration of Ilmgah School, she has been actively engaged in the activities and now been appointed as the trustee she is eager to utilize her knowledge and expertise in the best interest of Sabra Hamida Trust.
Mr. Muhammad Ali Hassan holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and HR from Sydney University, Australia. He is dealing with Sales, and also leading the HR and Administrative Functions at Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited. Mr. Ali has proved his brilliance in the corporate world by building outstanding business partnerships and strategic alliances with clients.
